Arphu BPJ-3 belt strip machine is widely used in mining, electrochemical plants, petrochemicals, docks and other places to fasten and clean the rubber layer of the belt head during belt joint preparation. It is suitable for ordinary conveyor belts of various widths ranging from 650 to 2400mm. It is lightweight and easy to carry and transport.
Instructions:
1. Use the conventional method to locate the centerline of the conveyor belt and cut and separate the corresponding joint with a knife.
2. Place the belt stripper in the appropriate position and secure it with a steel wire rope.
3. Connect the power supply. Use a fixture to clamp the separated first layer, start the motor, and use a cutting tool to cut the peeled part in the appropriate place.
4. After peeling off the first layer, repeat the above steps to peel off the second layer, third layer, etc.
5. After peeling off all layers, use a scraper to clean the peeled rubber layer.
6. Check if the peeled part is completely clean. If there is any remaining rubber layer, the peeling machine can be used again for cleaning.
7. After cleaning, turn off the power supply, remove the fixed steel wire rope, place the peeling machine in the appropriate position, and take dust prevention measures for the next use.
