There are three types of electric heating conveyor belt repair vulcanize:
1. DLBRV-I spot repair vulcanizer: used for small area puncture repair of conveyor belt, or repair of belt covering and core damage, can also be used for adhesive repair of cover damage.
2. DLBRV-II edge repair vulcanizer: specifically used for repairing local small area damage of conveyor belt cover, but with low working pressure.
3. DLBRV-III longitudinal tear repair vulcanizer: used for repairing longitudinal scratches and long-term tearing damage of conveyor belt, can also be used for repairing edge damage of the belt.
These three types of patches have the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient installation and removal, uniform temperature, low energy consumption, and high and uniform hydraulic pressure generated by the pressure device. They can be widely used in the repair of rubber belts such as canvas, nylon, and polypropylene, as well as ore and wire rope cores.
Installation and use of electric heating conveyor belt repair vulcanizers:
(1) Fill the uncured rubber in the repair area. Or have our service personnel install and debug the equipment.
(2) Place the lower frame under the repair position (level), and place the water pressure plate under the tape, with the lower heating plate just above the repair position.
(3) Place the heating plate, insulation plate, and upper toothed strip on the patch bottom.
(4) Install the pull rod, washer, nut, and tighten.
(5) Connect the control box and power supply respectively with the primary cable, and connect the heating plate and control box respectively with the secondary cable.
(6) Use a high-pressure hose to connect the pump to the water pressure plate, turn on the electronic control box (refer to operation method), and inject water into the water pressure plate to reach the vulcanization pressure.
Due to foreign objects in the material or mechanical failures, the belt conveyor will tear along the longitudinal direction for a long time. This patch can effectively and quickly repair the belt.
