1. A dedicated person must monitor the construction site and surrounding areas during the vulcanization process. Any issues discovered on-site should be addressed promptly, and unauthorized personnel should be prohibited from entering the work area.
2. Electrical wiring for the conveyor belt vulcanizing machine must be handled by a professional electrician. Only trained personnel should operate the electrical equipment.
3. During the vulcanization process, workers must strictly follow operating procedures and construction processes to ensure the quality and safety of the joint.
4. When using gasoline for cleaning during the vulcanization process, grinding machines must not be used. When gasoline is not in use, it must be tightly sealed and stored in a safe, shaded area.
5. After the vulcanization joint has completely cooled down and the joint's quality is assured, the vulcanizing machine can be dismantled.
6. Two fire extinguishers should be available at the construction site.
7. No electrical welding work should be conducted within a 10-meter radius of the work area.
8. During the operation, personnel from the mechanical and electrical department should be present on-site to supervise and guide the work.
