The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine (conveyor belt joint machine) produced by Suzhou Arphu Industiral Co., Ltd. includes two types of models, rhombus and rectangular. Due to limitations in conveyor position and construction space, rhombus shape conveyor belt vulcanizing machines cannot be used for construction, so rectangular vulcanizing machines can be used instead. Both of these vulcanizing machines produced by Suzhou Arphu Industiral Co., Ltd. adopt advanced technology and a fully automatic precision digital display control system to ensure uniform vulcanization temperature and pressure, as well as easy operation. The main beam of the vulcanizing machine is made of aviation aluminum alloy (7005-TS) material, which is lightweight, weighing 1/3 less than similar models, but has high strength and is not easily deformed under pressure. Therefore, these vulcanizing machines are reliable in quality and durable.

These belt vulcanizing machines are made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy materials and aviation aluminum plates, refined through special processes, and have the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low energy consumption, and rapid heating. After heating, the entire surface of the plate has a certain degree of flexibility and can tightly adhere to the conveyor belt. Under a pressure of 1.5 Mpa, the parallelism of the plate surface is not greater than 0.1mm, exceeding the performance of conventional machines. The heating is uniform at each point on the upper and lower heating plates, and after 0.1 minutes into the insulation stage, the temperature difference at each point on the working surface does not exceed ±3℃, reaching international standards. The time required to heat from room temperature to vulcanization temperature (145℃) does not exceed 25 minutes, and the power is half that of similar models domestically and internationally, resulting in good energy-saving effects. After vulcanization bonding or repair, the joint surface is smooth and smooth, indistinguishable from the original belt, and the adhesion reaches more than 98% of the original belt. The three-in-one structure of the heating layer and insulation layer is simple, making it easy to disassemble and install anytime and anywhere.
